1 Introduction

Welcome to xbazi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and xbazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xbazi platform — including the website at xbazi.app, the xbazi mobile app, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use xbazi. These Terms apply to all members, regardless of how they access the platform or which games or services they use. They should be read alongside the xbazi Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xbazi.

xbazi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of xbazi after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use xbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xbazi does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing xbazi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of xbazi complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from xbazi for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of xbazi or any of its affiliated companies.

xbazi may request proof of age or identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, xbazi reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3 Your Account

Each member is permitted to hold only one active account on xbazi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. xbazi uses this information to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbazi login credentials. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbazi immediately via the support team.

xbazi reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xbazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name. xbazi does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Deposits are credited to your xbazi wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact the xbazi support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by xbazi as quickly as possible. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution. xbazi does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by xbazi.
• xbazi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• xbazi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xbazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on xbazi, you agree to the applicable terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general rules apply to all xbazi bonuses:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless xbazi explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• xbazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account reviewed.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on xbazi — including slots, fishing games, keno, sports betting, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

xbazi uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by xbazi, the member, or any third party. All RNG systems used on xbazi are independently audited for fairness.

For sports betting markets, xbazi reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• A bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error.
• There is evidence of match-fixing or any other form of corruption affecting the event.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, xbazi will make every reasonable effort to restore the session to its state immediately before the failure. If this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the member's wallet.

7 Fair Play

xbazi is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using xbazi to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Placing bets with the intention of qualifying for a bonus without genuine gaming intent (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").

xbazi monitors all account activity for signs of unfair play. If suspicious activity is detected, xbazi reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before taking further action. Members found to have breached fair play rules will have their accounts permanently closed.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbazi takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape from problems. xbazi provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily restricting access to your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from xbazi if you feel your gaming is becoming a problem.

xbazi will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to process payments, verify identity, or comply with legal obligations. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

10 Limitation of Liability

xbazi provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While xbazi makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbazi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of xbazi.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the xbazi platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits xbazi's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your xbazi account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

xbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A member has breached any part of these Terms.
• A member has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A member has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• A member has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbazi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Changes to These Terms

xbazi may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, xbazi may also notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of xbazi after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using xbazi and close your account.
